- Oversee LLI’s financial accounting, fiscal policies and procedures, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for changes as needed.
- Ensure an internal audit is performed at the end of each fiscal year.
- Prepare the annual budget for Board of Directors approval.
- Research strategies for optimal investment of LLI assets.
- Maintain and make recommendations for LLI liability, crime and Board of Director insurance coverage.
- Manage grant applications.
- Maintain accountability for LLI property.
