Inclement Weather Policy

If Prince William County Schools are cancelled or students are sent home early, all LLI classes and other activities for that day are cancelled. If Prince William County Schools have a delayed opening, LLI classes and all other activities will be held as scheduled. Exceptions may be made for bus trips. For school closing call 703-791-2776 and choose option 3.

Announcements of changes in school schedules are posted immediately after a decision is made on the PWCS Web site at pwcs.edu, on PWCS-TV (Comcast channel 18 and Verizon channel 36), and on the School Division’s telephone closing line, 703.791.2776.  MyPWCS mobile app –  Receive notifications about closings on your cell phone. Download the mobile app to your cell phone from the Apple Store or the Google Play store.
