Hardware requirements:
- 1a Does the presentation require a laptop?
  - 1a1 If so, is the presenter bringing a laptop for the presentation?
  - 1a2 Does the presenter's laptop have an HDMI or VGA output?
  - 1a3 If no HDMI nor VGA output, does the presenter have an adapter (Thunderbolt, USB-C, DVI, etc.) to hookup up their computer to our projector (that uses HDMI or VGA as input)?
- 1b Does the presenter need a standalone DVD player for the presentation?
- 1c Will the presenter need to display the presentation on a projector screen?
Software requirements:
- 2a Will the presenter be doing a PowerPoint presentation?
- 2b If so, will the computer they are bringing have the software to support your presentation?
