Responsibilities

  • Oversee LLI’s financial accounting, fiscal policies and procedures, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors for changes as needed.
  • Ensure an internal audit is performed at the end of each fiscal year.
  • Prepare the annual budget for Board of Directors approval.
  • Research strategies for optimal investment of LLI assets.
  • Maintain and make recommendations for LLI liability, crime and Board of Director insurance coverage.
  • Manage grant applications.
  • Maintain accountability for LLI property.
